First of all, there is only one chief director, and they explained everything very thoroughly and kindly over a long time, from sizing to implant side effects, and while I was consulting them, they were really full of confidence. That said, it didn’t feel like empty bragging or anything. They only take one consultation per hour because they don’t like seeing a crowded waiting room, I heard, and I could really see how considerate they were toward patients, which was great. And the manager was also extremely kind, explaining things in the same careful and detailed way. I had brought a list of questions, and they asked if they could take a look at it, then checked each point one by one and explained everything! They don’t force same-day booking. They do make a suggestion, but they don’t pressure you.
