The building was big, and as expected from a place of that scale, it felt well organized. There was nothing rude, and the coordinator was very kind. The director also had a very gentle style. They asked whether there was anything specific I wanted and what kind of improvement I hoped for. They explained how it would look if they set the line to match the feeling I wanted. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation, yeah.
