Consultation order: Take front, side, and face-on photos -> consultation with the director
The director gave a very professional impression, and although I've only been to 4 plastic surgery clinics so far, they were the only one among several doctors who pointed out that my left nasal septum was broken. I only found out after more than 20 years of living... it was a bit surprising and embarrassing... haha..
Later, when they said my nasal septum was broken, I wondered if it might have been an overdiagnosis. At the third and fourth hospitals, when the consultation was almost over, I asked, 'Could you check whether my septum is really broken at the other hospitals?' and when other doctors reacted with, 'Oh, it really is broken?', I felt that they really do examine things very carefully.
Also, they said the bridge of the nose shouldn't be raised any higher or it would become an avatar nose, so instead of raising it, they would put ear cartilage in the tip and slightly move the nostril position. Still, I got the sense that the director was someone who performs not-overdone, natural surgeries. If I were to do it here, the noticeable flashy improvement would probably be minimal, so I'm conflicted....
As mentioned earlier, my nose is bulbous, so if I decide to have surgery, the swelling will last longer than for others, and I was told not to start plastic surgery at all unless I can endure the stress for at least more than a year. I liked that they told me this in advance with consideration for patients who may keep getting stressed because their swelling lasts differently depending on their face shape. They also said to ask anything if I had questions, so I asked a lot... hehe..
This also seems like a hospital people often go to for revision surgery by word of mouth, and I went because I heard the director speaks honestly and well, so I'm glad I went. I'm still debating whether to have surgery here... but I think it's not a bad place to visit once.
The aftercare period is 1 year, and the consultation fee is 10,000 won.
