What I liked most was that she explained only the parts that needed to be explained, and helped me have the important parts like surgery discussed with the director, so even in the sensitive cost-related parts she explained things plainly and wrapped it up. I had two consultations with the manager, once at the beginning and once at the end, and in between I consulted with the director. Honestly, my first impression was a little scary, but once I actually had the consultation, she was sweet. She asked me a lot of questions and listened well, and especially since I came in with very little prior knowledge or consultation experience, there were many things I found hard to understand even when she explained differences between implants and surgical methods. But maybe because the director noticed that? She explained those parts in more detail, so I understood things well, and it also helped me a lot when I organized my thoughts afterward on my own.
