As time went by, I ended up making a lot of changes in ways I did not originally intend, and I really regret it. Lately I have been thinking that cosmetic surgery is like gambling, because there is a fairly high chance of ruining things, so you really have to be careful. That is why I think plastic surgeons need the ability to stop people who are heading toward a cliff or a precipice. You should not meet someone who just does whatever you ask; doctors who refuse and stick to their principles really feel like true doctors. Today I met Director Jang Ik-soo, and it put my mind at ease a lot. I will probably carry the regret of removing loop fat for the rest of my life, but he said not to add more fat just because it would ruin things, and advised against the nose as well, so I have almost made up my mind. The facilities do not look good. But I do not think that is the issue. It feels much more trustworthy. Places with flashy interiors, lots of advertising, and comments that clearly give off broker vibes should probably be avoided.
