I only had a consultation here and didn't have surgery, but the hospital facilities are clean and nice. There were quite a lot of people, and I think I waited about 30 minutes to get the consultation. First of all, the doctor is really, really busy. Even after I went in for the consultation, I kept talking with the manager while waiting for the doctor (a continuous wait). Then the consultation with the doctor was really super fast. Before the consultation, they also took photos of my face, and I felt like if I didn't move quickly, I'd get scolded. During the consultation, they told me I had ptosis and insisted on incision surgery no matter what. I was a student at the time, so I was worried about swelling and asked whether partial incision or buried sutures would be possible, but even the manager joined in and insisted on incision no matter what! To be honest, I remember another hospital I consulted earlier saying I didn't need incision and that it was pseudo-ptosis, so buried sutures would work.. haha
