Since this place is well known for semi-permanent makeup, there are really a lot of people, and even on weekdays it is packed. I had to wait an hour longer than my reserved time to get the procedure, and if you do not make a reservation, they almost send you back. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and the person doing it is completely random. It stung a bit but did not hurt, and it has been half a year now. I also got one free touch-up in the middle, and it has not faded away. Honestly, it is not as natural as advertised, and you can tell it was drawn on. They use a cut-like line to express the eyebrow hairs, but that becomes faint later on
