While discussing nose surgery, I personally asked the director whether it would be a good idea to also do eye surgery, and they honestly told me that unless it is a major complex or source of stress, they do not recommend doing eye surgery as well. The atmosphere during the consultation was also very comfortable, and when talking about rhinoplasty, they did not take photos but instead explained the surgery by drawing on a chart paper. I also personally brought it up because I prefer natural results, and the director seemed to prefer surgeries that look natural and not obvious as well.
