Putting the doctor consultation aside, even the staff alone was a problem.
The coordinator was the textbook style of an older woman who has worked in plastic surgery for a long time. What I mean is that courtesy had long since gone out the window, and she gave off the feeling of just processing work without wasting emotions, even though she was not a doctor and was the one estimating costs and dealing with patients.
I was sitting there waiting for the director, and a patient who had just come out after double-eyelid surgery asked a question. She replied in a really annoyed tone, "What do you want me to do ~" Since the patient had just come out after surgery, maybe they did not hear properly and said, "Huh?" and then she said, "I said what you need to do." I seriously could not believe my ears.
If you are someone who includes staff kindness in choosing a hospital, just skip this place after reading this.
And the director. I went in tempted by the kind-sounding tone and bright image I had seen on YouTube, but in reality, maybe because they had just come out of surgery, they were completely exhausted lol. I stared for 2 seconds wondering if this was really the same person.
I do not know if YouTube is fake or if that day was just exhausting or what, but I came out really disappointed by how they spoke like they were just reading a script during the consultation.
Overall, it was not a hospital with any good memories. Later, while talking with a friend, the hospital's YouTube came up, and based on the brief impression I had seen, I told them not to trust the person in that video.
