They empathized well with the thing I was worried about and there was an effort to adjust the consultation to what I wanted, but compared to the waiting time, the consultation time felt a bit short, and I felt there wasn't enough detailed explanation beyond the basics. There were a lot of staff and a lot of people, so it felt like an organized factory. Even though I only had a consultation, I wondered why they took photos.
