I had a consultation with Director Cheon Nam-ju. He was a bit cool and reserved, but he explained everything that needed to be explained. I remember it being a thorough consultation rather than a formal one. The consultation manager was extremely kind. The only issue was that the surgery price with Director Cheon Nam-ju felt a bit high, so I hesitated.
