A huge hospital that uses an entire building. It felt like a new building, the facilities were good, there were many foreigners, and there seemed to be a separate person for foreigner reception. I went at my reserved time, but after consulting with the manager, they said the director was in surgery and it would take 30 minutes, so I waited. In the end, the delay kept increasing because of surgery delays in between. I sat alone in the consultation room for nearly 2 hours, and in the end I couldn't wait any longer, so I left without even seeing the director's face. Since it's a large hospital, there are many people and the waiting time is very long. The appointment time has no meaning...
