I had nose surgery with Gore-Tex about 7 years ago. They designed a bridge and tip that were not excessive, and I am still satisfied with my nose. No one can tell I had nose surgery, but I am happy because my image changed naturally. I do not think the doctor who performed it back then is there anymore.
