What I was looking for was a natural result and surgery without implants. After a quick consultation with the director, we decided to leave the nasal bridge as it was and slightly lift only the nasal tip. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but the surgery ended quickly in about 1-2 hours, and there was almost no pain. At first there was some swelling, but after 3 days the taping was removed, and I could feel myself recovering quickly over time. I did not feel any major discomfort. It was a surgery I was satisfied with because it naturally harmonized with my face. However, as time passes and the swelling goes down, it comes down a little more, so if you want a more glamorous surgery, I think you will need a separate consultation with the director.
