The doctor personally shapes it for me with a cotton swab, and then gently pulls out the part of the columella that was not done elsewhere. When I saw that shape, I tried shaping it at home by myself, and I thought that if they had not pulled out the columella and only raised the nose, my nostrils would have shown completely, so I was really shocked. When I asked questions, they took out a book from behind and explained while showing me photos, and I have a high nose and a bulbous nose, but there was no bridge between my eyes So I had been thinking about silicone, but this was the first time someone told me about using cartilage, and it felt like the most comfortable and safest option, so I want to do it, but there are really no review photos at all, so I'm worried.. Seeing that reservations are fully booked just through referrals from acquaintances and word of mouth makes me think maybe I should just trust them and go ahead, but still, since the doctor has a certain style, I worry about that too..
