I had a consultation because of my eye surgery. The hospital facilities were clean and nice, and during the consultation the manager explained everything in great detail and talked through exactly what shape I wanted and how much to raise it, so I had a good impression. But the director was rather blunt, and somehow the feeling was off, so I skipped it.
