The manager was extremely kind, and I think I waited about an hour. The price was the best among the places I consulted, but I am still very torn. It also felt like I only came away hearing that everything would definitely go well I am glad they gave me confidence, but after visiting other clinics, I do not think this is a surgery that is guaranteed to go perfectly, so I am conflicted.
