I went in for a consultation about philtrum reduction. When I asked questions, the director did answer them well, but.....the reviews on the website/cafe were good, while there were a lot of bad things being said elsewhere (this community, etc.)... The director says he is confident about scarring, but honestly I am not sure... In my case, I have long gums and a protruding mouth plus a long philtrum, and I was told to try orthodontic treatment first and then think about philtrum reduction. So I am planning to get orthodontic treatment first.
