I had a hump nose bone reduction and nose-tip cartilage surgery with the doctor in charge of the nose. The doctor said only the bone reduction was enough and that the nose tip didn’t really need to be done, but the manager insisted that lifting it would look better, so I listened and did it. About 5 years later, the nose tip has started to droop ^^;; As for function, the mucous membranes inside my nose had stuck together, so later I had to go to an ENT clinic and have them cut it apart. I’m now looking again for a plastic surgery clinic with an ENT doctor.
