I had high expectations because it was such a big and famous hospital. I had a consultation for nose revision surgery, but first of all, the desk staff and the manager were the worst. The desk staff whisper among themselves when people pass by, which feels awful. The consultation manager did not even look at my face and just stared at the computer while talking, so even the doctor did not feel trustworthy. I threw away the business card as soon as I got it. It feels like a plastic surgery clinic for Chinese customers.
