I hated the way the staff seemed to think of customers as money and wanted to rush them out quickly. I don't even need to say anything about the doctor's skills. Personally, I felt their design sense was a bit lacking They gave me a straight nose that drops from above the glabella, even though I'm a woman. They raised it with a septal extension and inserted silicone. The facilities were of course good, nothing to say there. But if I could go back before doing it, I would have done it somewhere else..
