I had double eyelid surgery there before, and the director did it. These days he hardly does eyes anymore.. If you want something flashy and have a clear line in mind, another place would probably be better. But personally I think the upside is that the director has a strong personal style(!), so he only creates a line that suits your face. The downside is that it's such a big place that the consultation ends quickly and communication is difficult, like an assembly-line clinic. If you get the non-incisional method, I don't know whether it's dissolvable thread or not, but it's a hospital that does not remove the stitches(?). So the result seems to last a long time, but when you touch it, you can feel where it was tied.
