I went there because the eyelid muscle on one eye was weaker than the other, causing my eyelashes to dig into my eyeball quite severely, and I wanted to get that treated. My eyes themselves were also uneven, so improving the condition was more urgent than cosmetic goals. They said the surgery should definitely be incisional and that it would be better to do an epicanthoplasty too, so after thinking it over I went ahead with the surgery. The result was that even though the left and right eyes were different sizes, they made the line the same on both sides, so the asymmetry didn’t improve, and the eye that had been the problem even had its line come loose. The epicanthoplasty was done well and inconspicuously, but even with the incision there was no benefit because the eyelash irritation continued. If it’s only for cosmetic purposes, it seems like it would be fine, but if you add a treatment purpose as well, then I’m not so sure...
