I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method more than 10 years ago. I roughly wrote down the cost because I don't remember it well. I was scared since it was my first time, so I said I wanted it to be absolutely natural, and by natural I meant without scars, but perhaps because of a communication mistake between us, the double eyelid ended up with a bit of a pinched mark. Since I didn't clearly say what shape of double eyelid I wanted, the line became smaller than I had imagined. I think the problem was not the teacher's, but that I lacked knowledge because I went in knowing nothing.
