They were very familiar with my hump nose complex, so I chose them in the end. I had surgery on 4/26, and today is the 27th, so it's day 2! They clearly identified what the problem was and what I wanted. I did not really feel much price difference whether I went through a referral or through the app. The cost seemed reasonable compared with other hospitals, so I did not even ask them to lower it further.. lol There is CCTV in the operating room, but it is for live viewing only, not recording. If you need recording, they will film it with a phone. It is not the full video though, haha. I will post again once the results are out.
