About 7 years ago I had a surgery to lower the columella and raise the nasal bridge using Gore-Tex + ear cartilage, and I have been doing well without side effects up to now. However, since Gore-Tex is a material that contracts? and gets a bit smaller, it seems to have become a little lower than before, and my nostrils also feel like they are gradually rising.. Still, I am satisfied because it looks natural (ah, because it is Gore-Tex it is hard, so I cannot do the pig nose). I was worried it might be contracture, so I went back to the hospital. They checked me and said not to worry, and that if I wanted revision because the shape was not great, they would do it The doctor is not the type to explain things endlessly, but is straightforward and has a strong pride in his surgery. Still, the effect is a little disappointing. But considering there was not much pain after surgery and recovery was fast, it seems the surgery itself was done well..
