I went in for a nose consultation, and I do not remember the director's name, but they kindly explained everything in a humorous yet professional way and answered my questions. They gave advice only on the surgery and procedures that were necessary and harmonious with my current face, without pushing anything extra, and also explained how the surgery would proceed if I chose to do it. That made me trust them. At the very least, I felt there would not be any disaster caused by a lack of skill on the surgeon's part.
