I had revision nose surgery three years ago, and as time passed my nasal tip seemed to get blunt, so this time I went back for another aftercare correction. I came back to the hospital because I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I cannot really say I was satisfied with the surgery itself, but the fact that the director was willing to take responsibility and do the aftercare correction even after surgery, and that he places the biggest emphasis on naturalness, seems like it would be satisfying for people who value that.
