I went there because the reviews on this community were good and I trusted them. There were no before-and-after photos on the website, and I was told they would show many case photos if I visited in person, so I went directly. The doctor who handled the consultation was gentle and, in his own way, not bad. But the main manager? She was an older woman, around her 50s... Even during the consultation it was just constant praise of the doctor.. It did not really resonate with me. I am not even sure if she had any professional knowledge. And when showing case photos, she would show one and close it, then show another and close it again, so when I asked at the end if she could show more before-and-after photos that matched my case, she snapped the photos shut and said firmly that there were none, which was unpleasant.. I wanted to see what style the doctor uses and whether it would suit me better, but that attitude left a lot to be desired in terms of building trust in the hospital, and I was disappointed.
