Before the consultation, I thought the doctor would be cold, but he didn't explain things in a cold way and explained the surgery methods and materials well. For the surgery, he only did what was necessary and left the other parts up to my choice. Surprisingly, the manager was a bit cold, so it was a little hard to ask questions about various things.
