First of all, it felt like the director was extremely confident in his own skills. I felt that even when I was talking with the manager, and the clinic itself seemed very proud of the director. That made me trust them more too. But the materials were different from other clinics, which was what I was worried about, yet once I saw the director's confidence, that worry disappeared? lol Whether it was the director or the manager, they made the consultation very comfortable, and since he focuses on only one area, that made him feel even more trustworthy! They also clearly told me things like why certain things would not work for my face, which I liked even more haha. I think I will look into it a bit more and then decide on this place!
