The consultation manager was really, really kind! As for the director, hmm... I think I would have needed to go in with a list of questions. It felt more like he was answering what I asked than explaining everything on his own, and I felt like there was some overtreatment. When I mentioned other places, he brought up a lot of different things. At some other clinics they had said it wasn't necessary, but of course each doctor sees things differently, so that could be the case. Still, in my opinion, there did seem to be some overtreatment! Aside from that, the clinic facilities and the director weren't unfriendly, and overall it seemed okay~
