I had a bulbous nose and didn't want silicone, so I went thinking only about alar reduction, osteotomy, and tip cartilage binding, but I remember being surprised when they recommended L-shaped Gore-Tex,,, I ended up going somewhere else and getting it done, but I still know this place as a pretty famous one for nose surgery..!!
