I only wanted to improve the tip of my arrow nose, and I didn’t touch the bone. I only raised the tip with septal cartilage, did cartilage binding, and cartilage repositioning. But the tip is already so bulky. When I look at other reviews, everyone looks sharp from the side, so I wonder if something went wrong with me. Among people who corrected a long, pointed nose like me, has anyone else ended up with a bulky nose?
