They understood my eyes well and explained everything clearly. One eye has a natural double eyelid, and they said that if I only do the side without one, I will end up worrying about the natural crease anyway, so they recommended doing both eyes together. They also said that the eye with the natural crease is actually smaller than the side without one, so they would need to raise it slightly...
