I described exactly the look I wanted, At first I thought they might be pursuing something too natural, but it seems they prefer a clean straight line, and I liked the nose in the after-surgery photos they showed at the clinic. Since this is a revision surgery and they use Gore-Tex, it's a bit unusual, so I'm thinking it over..
