The staff were lifeless and not kind. During the consultation, the director did recommend a nose line that matched my face, but they could not make eye contact, which felt odd. The director was not particularly friendly either and only said exactly what needed to be said, which was actually fine, but the staff were busy talking among themselves, and the manager kept cutting me off in the middle of our conversation. The staff friendliness was very disappointing. The facility was clean and pretty.
