Eye Surgery Considerations

Chiyu review

1. Facility - The interior is well done. It feels like a pretty cafe. They have a concept called Chiyu and the interior matches it. They will probably do well. 2. Manager - Not very motivated. Not rude. 3. Consultation expertise - Consultation alone cost 20,000 won. If you want a CT scan, it costs an extra 20,000 won. It was a paid consultation and the reviews were good, so I came expecting a lot. They do look carefully (looking inside the nose, checking septum strength, checking septum shape, checking the skin), but it was not worth 20,000 won. And rather than the method that would be most suitable for the patient, I got the feeling they were recommending the surgical method the clinic does often and promotes. 4. Doctor's kindness - What is the head doctor thinking? Why should I be paying for a consultation while having to absorb the fact that they are in a bad mood? They already looked upset from the moment they came in, and now I have to get contaminated by that irritated attitude throughout the consultation? I am not saying they need to smile, but because they have to work, they barely force out a polite voice, yet the eyes, expression, and attitude are irritated and angry lol If the customer sees that, how can they properly ask anything? It got so bad that the manager even asked before the consultation, 'Did you come in after complaining about the director, or what happened before you came in?' This was the first time I felt sorry about the money from the very start of a consultation. After reading other consultation reviews, it seems the director's attitude changes each time. Is he only nice once the time invested makes it look like he will pass the break-even point?
