Maybe because it's a one-doctor clinic, the doctor seemed extremely busy. He gave a broad explanation about surgery for each area and answered questions briefly, but the staff seemed to handle the more detailed explanations and explain more kindly. It felt professionally competent, I guess. It seemed like a clinic with a basic price range and a built-in sense of pride in its skill.
