I had a consultation with Dr. Park Yu-gil. I currently have a 5-6 mm silicone implant and I'm looking into revision surgery because I'm unhappy with the shape. He said the plan could be to replace it with a 3-4 mm silicone implant, build the columella with septal cartilage, and if there isn't enough septal cartilage, use ear cartilage. He would also reduce the nostrils and correct the bulbous tip. Rib cartilage can be used if the patient wants a definite correction, but since I said I would rather avoid rib cartilage if possible, we decided on silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage only. The estimate was 6.8 million, and he said it could be reduced to as low as 5.8 million with selfie reviews, same-day payment, and so on. For aftercare, they said they would help with swelling care and sebum care. The hospital interior had an Instagram-style aesthetic and there were really a lot of people. Even so, the waiting time wasn't that long, and all the staff were kind. The director was young, but his explanations were detailed and professional, and he seemed confident about the surgery.
