It was the busy season, so the waiting time was a bit long, but the consultation manager was so kind, and even though I asked a lot of questions, they explained everything one by one in detail, so I was very satisfied, and there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit. The doctor was cheerful and only recommended the surgeries that were really necessary, so I felt I could trust them. They explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which was nice.
