The waiting time was 2 hours. I had originally booked for the afternoon, but it was changed to the morning because of the director's circumstances, so I had expected it and it was not that inconvenient! Instead, the consultation manager spent the extra time talking with me and explaining things two or three more times. They kept coming over and apologizing... The staff also looked exhausted because they were so busy, and they were running around T_T I was also worried that because they would be so busy after the surgery, the aftercare might not go well. The director is very confident and points out exactly what can and cannot be done. But because of a review I saw on some blog, I am hesitant to decide on surgery T_T
