What I wanted was alar reduction, but the manager looked at me and said that it might not be necessary, and instead suggested raising the tip with cartilage and mesh if needed, then also raising the bridge with silicone. She said my nose is quite low, so if only the tip were raised it would look awkward. Up to that point I was listening with satisfaction, but while consulting with the director, he suddenly looked at me and said it would be good to do the eyes too, and that my lips were on the thin side so fillers would be good as well.. haha, that kind of broke the mood.
