A friend of a friend got good natural-looking results, so I went for a double-eyelid consultation, and it was the worst. I waited two hours past my appointment time. If that is the case, why make appointments? There were so many people that I do not even know whether I would be able to see the surgeon after surgery. It felt completely factory-like. As soon as I walked in, they took photos without even getting consent first, which was awkward. If you have not clearly decided on the surgery, they tell you to do the non-incision method. They say it is because you can redo it, but as a doctor I got the strong sense that they think it is easier for aftercare and safer on their end. They recommended ptosis correction, but since the strength used to open the eyes with the forehead varies by person by 15 percent, 50 percent, 80 percent, and so on, they said they could not guarantee that ptosis correction would definitely pull it up. Overall, the feeling was that they did not want to take responsibility. And they were using this strange logic that, because each person has different eye-opening strength and different cases, they cannot guarantee results statistically. I wondered if they even understand what probability means.. I was asking whether there is a tendency related to eye-opening strength and which type my case belongs to.. During the manager consultation, they also tried to sell by saying they could offer a discount if I showed photos of how much could be made public. That must be why they are famous.
