The consultation with Director Kim Hyung-seok was kind and he seemed professional. He was the only one who brought up that my eyes are uneven and considered it. But the consultation manager was terrible. He was a male consultation manager, and he set the waiting time however he wanted, and because he was busy he just went through pricing, aftercare, and so on in one shot, then tried to end the consultation quickly; it was obvious. I do not get why the manager was busy when it was the director who was busy. I went because I liked the director's line from the before-and-after photos, and the director was good too, so if it had not been for the consultation manager, I think I would have done it at this hospital.
