The doctor was a bit older and seemed to have very solid experience. I was really glad he was confident that it could be done without incisions. What stuck with me most was when he said, "Eyebrow correction is on the house," in such a cheerful way haha The manager was kind too, but the waiting time was way too long. For some reason it felt like voices kept getting louder and louder, and I think I waited almost 40 minutes T_T
