I went for a consultation for my eyes and nose, and I waited a total of 1 hour. The staff were blunt, and the consultation was only explained well at the beginning; as it went on, it became obvious they were getting annoyed. They did not explain anything beyond what I asked. Also, they said my eyes and nose looked strange, which upset me a little.
