I was late, so the waiting time was about 1 hour, and there were a lot of people. The director was kind, and although it was only a short 5 minutes, the diagnosis was made very professionally. But I came alone, and I felt ignored by the manager, so I don’t think I’ll ever have surgery here. Usually the manager asks if you have more questions, but while I was looking for my phone because I was going to search for my questions, he asked if I had been to other clinics, and when I said I had been to a few, he just ended the consultation by saying I could go out to the lobby alone. Because I went alone, I felt ignored and was really upset. It was also my first time having a manager end the consultation so quickly, and my first time having the consultation ended before I could even prepare my questions. The manager was a man, and no matter how busy he was, I really don’t understand it haha. I gained trust after seeing the director, but because of the manager I’m not even considering it. And it really gives a factory-like hospital feeling.
