Blepharoplasty review

In 2009, I went after being introduced to him as a doctor from Seoul National University who appeared on TV a lot. At the time I had no interest at all in plastic surgery, so I trusted only one place that people around me recommended, and I went there. As expected, that was a mistake. The price was set very high as if it were the rate for Dr. Kim Soosin, but when I woke up from sedation anesthesia there were two doctors. I heard Dr. Kim Soosin saying throughout the surgery that it should not be done that way. The result was that one eye became a sausage-like eye that was hard to open or smile with. Six months later I went back to the clinic to ask what they would do about it. They said they would do a revision for free, whether 7 times or 8 times, but they could not promise it would improve. When I asked why they charged Kim Soosin's price but had another doctor perform the surgery, they said it was for training purposes? Then they should not have charged that price in the first place. The revision surgery was done under local anesthesia because I was worried about sedation anesthesia, and it went ahead with constant clicking and tsk-tsk sounds. I kept hearing repeated comments like they should not have done it like this because maybe the student they taught had botched the surgery and there was severe adhesion. Since they were the ones who caused the problem and made me come back for revision, there was no kindness at all. They would only say things like it is hard to do the surgery well if you look at them with that expression because it creates pressure, and they would not refund the money. If this had happened in today's world, I think I would have reported them to the consumer protection agency more than 10 times. Now I still have to get another revision at a different hospital.. I do not even know how I should handle those costs.
