Waiting. Waiting. Endless waiting. The consultation manager was kind, but she seemed to lack a great deal of expertise about surgery (just the sort of 'aww, poor thing' feeling? ). After waiting like that, I met the director, but I was very disappointed by his careless attitude T_T In the end, I had the surgery somewhere else.
